Deposit Required
Deposit of 1 night’s room rate in advance.
Stays of 4+ nights or reservations of 3 - 4 rooms require a 50% deposit.
Bookings within 14 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking.

Check-in from 3:00 – 5:00PM. Check-out by 11:00AM
Early or late arrivals can be arranged in advance.

No-Smoking
For the comfort of our guests, Casa de la Cuma is a completely non-smoking inn. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the premises.
Children
We gladly accept children who are 12 years of age and older.
Pets
We are not equipped to accept pets, but are happy to offer alternatives.
Notice of Cancellation
We require a 30-day Cancellation Notice.
Cancellation Fee
$25 administrative fee per room for all full and partial cancellations with a 30 day notice. You are responsible for the whole stay if you cancel within 30 days.

Cancellation Policy
You are responsible for all dates booked regardless of actual dates of check-in or check-out. If you should need to cancel all or a portion of your reservation, we have a 30-day cancellation policy. If you notify us at least 30 days before your arrival date, we will refund the deposit less a $25 administrative fee per room. If you should need to cancel within the 30-day period prior to the reservation, and we are able to re-book the room(s) on any or all of those dates, we will gladly refund you for each night that is re-booked, less a $25 administrative fee per room.
